The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11049 of 2019 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 933 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 135 ltrs of foreign liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been made accused on suspicion and he has no concern with the alleged recoveries. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 11049 of 2019 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 933 of 2019. However, in the event the petitioner is found involved in similar cases, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds in the present case.
