The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case no. 78 of 2010 registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge II, Vaishali at Hajipur. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court by order dated 18.04.2013 vide Criminal Misc. No. 48976 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory annexed with the case diary shows that the deceased died due to consumption of poison. I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44166 of 2014 (5) dt.24-02-2016 bail of the petitioner. Hence this application for bail is rejected. Since the petitioner is in jail since 05.12.2012 i.e. for more than three years, let the trial of the petitioner be expedited.
