The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2015 in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except recovery of a knife from the possession of the petitioner, there is no further allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he may be extended the privilege of regular bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the period of custody and also that the petitioner has no criminal
