JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order of punishment dated 05.07.2017 passed by Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the order of punishment and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal of the petitioner on merits within a period of eight weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.
