2. The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 476 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Section 191(2), 190, 329(4), 109(1), 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is case and counter case between both the parties. One person has been killed from the petitioners side also. Petitioners have clean

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad /concerned court in connection with Obra P.S.
