Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.6.2014 and admittedly, statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she specifically stated that she called the petitioner and thereafter, she left her home along with the petitioner. No doubt, victim was found minor at the time of alleged occurrence but considering the statement of victim as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Birendra Shukla, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas/concerned court in Kargahar P.S. Case no. 129/2014.
