The petitioner is in custody in connection with P.S. Case No. C-1-358 of 2018, (special Excise case No. C-1 358/18) registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 25.500 liters liquor was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.10.2018, let the

No.8096 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea, in connection with P.S. Case No. C-1-358 of 2018 ( special Excise case No. 358/2018).
