Petitioner, who retired from service under the respondent, Patna Municipal Corporation, on 31.12.1991, claims 20% extra pension and dearness relief on pension for the period 01.14.2014 to 31.01.2017 amounting to Rs.86,790/-, which has been sanctioned by the respondent, Patna Municipal Corporation, vide Memo No.2065, dated 27.04.2017, as contained in Annexure 3.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation stating therein that a sum of Rs.86,790/- has already been paid to the petitioner, which is

Considering the aforesaid stand, the present writ application is disposed of as infructuous.
