In this case, the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 201, 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the marriage of niece of the informant was solemnized with one Rajesh Kumar, who tortured his wife for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It has further been alleged that 1015 days prior to date of lodging of the FIR, the deceased made telephonic conversation with the informant and asked to bring her from her Sasural, otherwise she will be killed by the accused persons.

No.15637 of 2019(5) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent father-in-law, mother-in-law and debar of the deceased, having no concern with the state of affairs of the couple. He has also submitted that co-accused Ramadhar Kumar @ Ramadhar Rai and Sangita Devi, who are brother-in- law and sisterin-law, have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22258 of 2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, especially the fact that the other accused persons having similar allegation, have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22258 of 2019, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,-VI-cum-Sub Judge, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.251 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
