Case No.66 of 2014. The office note dated 07.03.2017 reflects that the same has not been received.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that out of five witnesses two have already been examined and one is supposed to be examined on 9th of March, 2017. In that view of the matter, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
