2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for passing an appropriate order/ orders directing the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioners over the land appertaining to Khata No.133, Plot No.2, Area 7 Acres and Plot No.1, Area 1.99 Acres of land, total area 8.99 Acres of land situated at mauza Raipura, having its Thana No.261 under Aurangabad Circle of the Aurangabad District.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17653 of 2017(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 As the petitioners have been forcibly dispossessed from their peaceful possession over the land in question at the instance of respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Aurangabad, which the petitioners having acquired vide registered sale deed No.437 and 460 date3d 12.01.2012, executed before District Sub-Registrar, Aurangabad setting aside the notice dated 14.11.2017 issued under the signature of Circle officer, Aurangabad whereby and where under learned Circle Officer was pleased to ask the petitioners to remain present on 22.11.2017 for demarcation of land in question, pursuant to order contained in letter No.1571 dated 13.11.2017 of the Dy. Collector, Land Reforms Aurangabad in land Dispute Case No.93/2013."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the Title Suit No. 37/2014 and 4/2016 are pending and he may be granted liberty to take all the points/pray for interim relief in the said matter.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
