Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the place from where the liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8053 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S.
