The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The police went for investigation in Sonhan P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014 registered under sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and on search from the side of semi constructed house of the petitioners .315 bore country made gun, one eight round revolver, one country made rifle of .315 bore, one .315 empty cartridge, one .32 bore spent up cartridge were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45052 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 that no arms and ammunitions was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they are in jail for about a years. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in jail for about a year, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014.
