The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused, including this petitioner, assaulted the informant and his nephew, as a result of which, both of them sustained injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted with spade on the informant. Injuries are simple in nature. Present case is counter blast of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020, which was filed by father of the petitioner against informant and others. It is further submitted that after investigation, police submitted final form showing this petitioner, as innocent. One grievous injury,

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
