This application has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 01-08-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46678 of 2018 by which the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail but he could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time because of suffering from ailment.

Accordingly, order dated 01-08-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46678 of 2018 is modified to the extent that time for surrender of the petitioner is further extended for six weeks from today. All the other conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 01-082018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46678 of 2018. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
