The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Rupauli P.S. Case No. 199/2014 registered in the year 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34. The anticipatory bail of the petitioners has been rejected on 30.07.2015.

Despite the above, the petitioners have chosen not to surrender and filed the present anticipatory bail application again in the year 2019.

Considering the gravity of the offence and two murders and also rejection of the earlier anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18497 of 2019(5) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 application, the present anticipatory bail application is also dismissed.

Since it is a case of 2014 and the anticipatory bail of the petitioners has been rejected in 2015, nothing has prevented the police from arresting the petitioners.

The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to arrest the petitioners within a week and file a compliance report in this regard.

Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, through Phone for early compliance of the order.
