The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol loaded with two live cartridges and one mobile phone were recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the Court is inclined to

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IV, Barh, District Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019.
