2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with R.S. P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was a dealer of smack and during some business dispute one Saharyar is said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concerned with the said occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 09.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9018 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria/ concerned Court in connection with R.S. P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024.
