JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 The only prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent authorities to supply certified copy of certificate of sale of land from the record room of District Abhilekhagar Padadhikari, East Champaran pertaining to Government Treasury Auction Case No. 240/ 1937. Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Abhilekhagar Padadhikari, East Champaran and file appropriate application with appropriate fee for grant of certified copy of the certificate of sale of land in question, which shall be examined by the said Officer and in case it is found that

Patna High Court CWJC No.1954 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 the petitioner is a connected party in the aforesaid Government Treasury Auction Case No. 240/ 1937, appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks of the petitioner filing the requisite application.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
