The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P. S. Case No. 17 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498(A), 323, 341, 342, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2018. Petitioner is husband of the informant.
There is allegation in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons attempted to burn the daughter of informant by pouring kerosene oil over her body on account of which she sustained burn injury. Learned counsel for petitioner has enclosed the copy
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10132 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 of the injury report as Annexure-2 to bail petition, wherein, the doctor has opined the nature of injury is simple. The other co- accused of this case has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court by order dated 2.5. 2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 26866 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga or concerned court, in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 17 of 2018, in Sessions Trial no. 452 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
