JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. a) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent authority to grant the benefit of discharging duty of the Revenue Officer in the pay scale of that post from the date their juniors have been granted the benefits to the petitioner immediately.

b) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent authority to grant all the consequential benefit to the petitioner

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
