1. Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 14.01.2022, as also the one dated 25.01.2022, issued by the respondent no.5 i.e. the Circle Officer Bhagwanpur, District-Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Encroachment Case No.05 of 2021-22, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits by referring to paragraph no.9 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the learned Court of Munsif (Successor), Bhabhua has passed an order dated 21.02.2022, in Title Suit No.96 of 2022, directing the parties to maintain status quo qua the land in question, hence the encroachment proceedings have

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
