2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 511, 323, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have molested the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.5.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the victim is a minor and the allegation levelled against him are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
