Report from the concerned court has been received and gone through the same.
Because of the fact that petitioner happens to be the sole assailant of deceased by means of fire-arm, prayer for bail is rejected.
The learned trial court is directed to bifurcate the trial of absentee accused and proceed with the trial against the accused who are present before the court and try to conclude the same within six months.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to procure the presence of the charge-sheet witnesses
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.380 of 2015 (3) dt.18-02-2015 including the doctor and I.O. and get them examined within the aforesaid stipulated period positively, failing which, apart from explanation at the end of P.O. concerned, the S.S.P.
