In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he is a registered Contractor and was awarded the work for construction of building under the agreement No. 72F2/2014-15 and accordingly, he has constructed the kitchen (lady kitchen) was in Jail Campus, Dumra Sitamarhi. The value of the work was of Rs.4,06,944/-. The Executive Engineer has also written a letter to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16234 of 2016 (2) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Government of Bihar for release of the fund.

Let the matter be referred to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar where the petitioner would file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and the Principal Secretary after examining the matter, will pass an order in accordance with law, while examining the matter, if he arrives to a conclusion that the petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid amount, will be obliged to release the fund so that the payment should be made at the earliest. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
