JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 14.10.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya whereby and whereby license of the petitioner bearing license no. 52 of 2016 has been cancelled, before the appellate authority under Section 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2019 and in case, such
