Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to act as per the provisions laid down in P.M.L.A. Act, 2002 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6827 of 2018(5) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 seize the property of Respondent No. 7."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that the petition only merits rejection, inasmuch as, the allegations against one Surendra Yadav, Mukhiya- Dhanauli Gram Panchayat, District- Darbhanga with regard to the economic offences are already in the knowledge of the authorities, and in our considered view, we see no reason as to why the authorities shall not take appropriate action thereupon in accordance with law.

As such, we dispose of the present petition without expressing any opinion on merits.
