2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2014 in connection with Muzaffarpur R.P.F. Case No. 12 of 2014, corresponding to S. No. 31 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Section 3 of R.P. (U.P.) Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated being an advanced age of 60 years and physically incapable of lifting 50 kg. bag of rice.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46104 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur (Saran) in connection with Muzaffarpur R.P.F. Case No. 12 of 2014, corresponding to S. No. 31 of 2014 with the condition that he petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
