In view of the admitted position that the petitioner superannuated while working under the State of Jharkhand on 29.02.2004 from Quality Control Division, Jamshedpur and the fact that affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State of Bihar stating that whatever relevant information/documents required have been sent to the State of Jharkhand and objection raised with regard to maintainability, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16816 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 prays that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the High Court of Jharkhand in the matter.
