The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11846/2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 27.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46279 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate or concerned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2014.
