JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a complaint before the Divisional Commissioner concerned who is now empowered to examine such complaints regarding allocation and allotment of PDS license.

Granting him liberty to raise his disputes, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear, if such a complaint is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from today.
