The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed objection before the Certificate Officer, Siwan, hence the Certificate Officer, Siwan be directed to dispose of the pending Certificate Proceedings after considering the objection filed by the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Siwan to dispose of the pending certificate proceedings by passing a final order after considering the objection filed by the petitioner herein. It is further directed that till

Patna High Court CWJC No.2146 of 2018 dt.25-10-2018 2/2 the passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, Siwan in the ongoing Certificate Case no. 2 of 2011-12, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
