The petitioner seeks bail in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. In the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Sunny Deol of giving stab injury to the brother of the informant who died on the spot. Petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

No.8444 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.
