Deceased, Sangeeta who was married with Deepak Kumar son of petitioner on 18.06.2012 was done to death at her Sasural on the pretext of non fulfilment of demand of dowry and further, her dead body had been disposed of.

Petitioner is father-in-law. It has been submitted that husband of deceased is under custody and no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner with regard to demand of dowry as well as torture. That being so, petitioner Uma Shankar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachana Raj, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon (Garahani) PS Case No. 13 of 2015.
