The present writ petition has been preferred for: issue a writ in nature of Certiorari or appropriate writ/orders to quash the order dated 05.07.2016 of learned Single Judge of Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna passed in B.L.T Case No. 869 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the order of learned Joint Director Consolidation, Gaya passed in Revision Case No. 37/2006 dated 02.03.2009 has been set aside arbitrarily, unreasonably and against the canons of Law. The petitioner further prays for issuing a writ of Mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.15610 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 directing the respondent authorities to cancel the names of private respondents from consolidation record of rights and correct the same by entering the name of petitioner in that place for which petitioner is lawfully entitled and make such corresponding corrections in other revenue records also pertaining to land in question.

The petitioner further seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble court to pass such order/orders directing the concerned authorities to ensure that the peaceful continuous possession of the land in question on which house of petitioner is situated, is not disturbed by anyone unless in accordance with law.

3. It has informed by the Abhay Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and as such his heirs be granted liberty, if they so want.

4. State has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the heirs to move afresh. (Rajiv Roy, J) Raj Ranjan/- U T
