The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2014 for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 427 of the Indian Panel Code. Mr. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and charges the offenders of theft of copper wire. He submits that even in absence of any recovery that the petitioner has been remanded in the present case while in custody in Shekhopursarai P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014. Regard being had to the submissions of learned counsel, let the petitioner Girja Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties
