No. 73477 of 2018 with liberty to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once charge is framed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed and he has been in custody for last seven months.

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant on the ground that earlier the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs.
