Case No. 31 of 2018 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 493 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act. As per F.I.R., petitioner is having a physical relationship with victim lady for the last 1 year and victim is a minor.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the girl is a minor.
