The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the respondent authorities did not regularize the services of the petitioner in respect of the period when he and other had been undergoing training of Panchayat Sewak and refuse to pay the salary in the regular scale of the pay of the post of Panchayat Sewak from 24.04.1999 to 04.12.2000. Learned counsel further
Patna High Court CWJC No.2240 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/3 submits that similarly situated Panchayat Sewak namely Sridhar Prasad Singh and Pravin Kumar has also preferred separate writ petition before this Court, the CWJC No. 9938 of 2024 and CWJC No. 10295 of 2024 respectively. Both the petitions has been disposed of by the co-ordinate bench of this Court giving liberty to the petitioners therein to make their representation before the competent authority/respondent no. 02 in this petition. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that this petition may also be disposed of in the terms of direction given by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in CWJC No. 9938 of 2024 and CWJC No. 10295 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the Respondent - State does not opposes the above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. In the light of submission made by the counsels and further considering the fact that the similarly situated two persons were also granted liberty to make representation before the respondent authorities, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition also in the same terms.
5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, the petitioner is directed to make his representation raising all grounds which he raised in this writ petition before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2240 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 3/3 respondent/competent authority within 30 days from today and in turn the concerned authority is also directed to consider the decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws probably within 60 days from the submission of such application.
6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
