Writ application stands disposed off with a direction upon the controller of examination that he will pas an order on a request made by the petitioner for a declaration of his results of the final year of the course, which has been completed by him from the institution in question in accordance with the regulation in place. Such a decision on an application being made will be taken within a period of eight weeks thereof. Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
