The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.115 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have shot at the son of the informant as a result of which he fell down and died. Two daughters-in-law of the informant, namely, Manju Devi and Sunita Devi are eye witnesses to the occurrence of murder. They have corroborated the informant's version in their statement recorded under section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51733 of 2014 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 161(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner of causing fatal fire arm injury to the deceased, I am not in inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
