In view of the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Siwan bearing Memo No.4117 dated 17.10.2017 placed on record at Annexure 'A' to the show cause the order passed by this Court on the writ petition stands complied and even if it does not suit the petitioner the remedy would lie to question the same before the proper forum by filing an appropriate application. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse to the same.
