Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 323, 324, 341, 326, 307 and 354/34 of the Penal Code. He is said to have given penetrating wound to Ruksana Khatoon whose Injury Report is already on record, wherefrom it appears that the nature of the wound is grievous.

In the circumstances, petitioner having remained in jail custody with effect from 28.07.2014 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, J.M., 1st Class at Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 120/14.
