The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 403 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 448, 354(A)(4), 354(c), 354(D), 387, 504, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for anticipatory Bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6870 of 2022.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12121 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same may be considered by the Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection.
