The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2018. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.
