ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail which was rejected vide Cr.Misc. No.10885/15 on 25.05.2015 along with two co-accused, namely, Dilip Paswan and Rakesh Paswan. It is further submitted that the aforesaid two co-accused persons have already been extended the privilege of bail vide Cr.Misc. No.41894/15 on 9.9.2015 and Cr. Misc.47893/15 on 4.11.2015 respectively. It is submitted that the petitioner's case also stands on similar footing.

Considering that the aforesaid two co-accused having similar footing have been extended the privilege of bail bail, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be
