ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, against the order, dated 09.01.2024, passed in SA No. 156 of 2021 by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna.

2. Permission is granted.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.2533 of 2024(8) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 liberty.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and leaving all issues open to be agitated by the parties and to be decided by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
