JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago and according to the prosecution case itself, the deceased spent near about four years in her matrimonial home happily and, thereafter, her in-laws started torturing and making illegal demand. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and the post mortem report of the deceased shows that cause of her death was asphyxia due to throttling.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
