The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 324, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 gave Farsa blow on the head of informant and petitioner no. 2 snatched gold chain from the neck of mother of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to petty dispute, simple Maarpit took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. Injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner no. 2 has got clean antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 1 has got one criminal antecedent, in which, he is on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8144 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 430 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
