Petitioner is said to have given Dabiya blow on the head of the informant and no doubt, the informant sustained grievous injury on his head but petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21.08.2014 and the injury found on the head of the informant is said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kadwa ( Balia-
